Maddie Comfort
Maddie Comfort was born and raised in South Tampa graduating from H.B. Plant High School and she went on to graduate from Penn State University where she played volleyball, winning 2 National Championships. After college, Maddie trained & competed with US National Team before moving back to her beloved Tampa Bay. She obtained her real estate license and joined the Gunning Pond team in 2014.
Yuri Howlett
Yuri Howlett started working at Smith & Associates in 2004 & joined the Gunning Pond team in 2008. Yuri was born in Tokyo, Japan and was relocated to the United States with her US Air force family when she was 7 years old. Yuri's family moved to Tampa in 1994 where she later graduated from Bloomingdale High School and attended The University of Florida. Yuri is the team's Executive Administrator providing her invaluable expertise from contract to closing.
